What did I eat, and how did I move today?

August 30

Breakfast: Bagel with fat free cream cheese
Lunch: Shepherd's Pie (leftover), toast with jam (2)
Snack: Graham wafers (5)
Supper: Shake and bake chicken breast, corn, stove top
Snack: Fat free chocolate pudding

Water: 134 ounces
Exercise: 20 minutes of walking

August 29

Breakfast: Oat Bran & skim milk, banana
Lunch: Pasta (leftover from supper yesterday), 2 slices of
multigrain bread, banana
Snack: Graham wafers
Supper: Shepherd's pie
Snack: Toast with strawberry jam (2)

Exercise: 15 minutes of walking

Water: 110 ounces

August 28

Breakfast: Oat Bran & skim milk
Lunch: Turkey on a onion bun, pickles, peach
Snacks: Graham wafers (6), Crispy mini's (approx 16)
Supper: Pasta with tomatoes and garlic, tossed salad &
balsamic vinagarette

Water: 116 ounces
Exercise: Walked for 35 minutes

Aug 27

Breakfast: Oat bran with skim milk, banana
Lunch: Turkey bunwich, pasta salad, peach
Snack: Crispy mini's (nacho) approx 10
Supper: Chicken wings (6), pasta salad

Water: 72 ounces

Walked for 15 minutes
